Corporate leaders are often frustrated by the lack of results of their innovation effort. While their companies are full of rooms with sharpies and post-its, they’re still struggling to have a real “culture of innovation”. Why? Simply because most of what is considered "innovation culture" is in fact "innovation theater".

During this talk, I will share my experiences on how I broke the "innovation theater" trap by developing a new approach to innovation culture and intrapreneurship inspired by the Montessori education.

In our western society, creativity is associated with the production of new things. Its mission? To renew our representation of the world and make it grow. Behind this definition hides a dark part that we tend to forget: to create is to destroy. Every creation inevitably leads to destruction. When something new happens, something old disappears. To make our society grow, yes, but at what cost?
