I had the pleasure to organize 3 intensive days of training camp on innovation and continuous improvements for Shape the Future challenge finalists.
Participants, who were divided between innovation and continuous improvements categories, discovered what it takes to be an intrapreneur, and how to become one by using innovation or continuous improvement approach.
We'll now coach them until end of may in their proof of concept phase.
