Last week was one of the most beautiful week of my Innovation Task Force adventure at LEMO. After 2 months of intense coaching, I had the pleasure to manage the final chapter of Shape the Future challenge during the LEMO Group Meeting.
The 6 finalists pitched results of their proof of concept phase in front of 80 participants and a jury composed of LEMO's directors.
After 2 hours of pitching, answering jury questions, and a keynote on "how innovators think" by Laurent Haug, we announced the victory of S-pirit5 from LEMO5 (Delémont) in the Continuous Improvement category and RMC from REDEL (Sainte Croix) in the Innovation category.
During the afternoon, teams took part in the i-Bazaar at their booth to present their project and exchange with all Group Meeting participants. Meantime, each participant could vote for the project they like. And the Public Award went to Photonic Dreams from Northwire (Wisconsin).
